Team Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leadership Specialist to join our team at Enable Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing small teams across Stirling and Forth Valley, providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities, and developing robust service designs and support strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple teams of frontline staff
• Develop and implement person-centred planning techniques
• Provide excellent support practices and quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including families and external care professionals
• Create and deliver risk assessments and individual budgets
• Utilize strong organisational skills and prioritise workload under pressure
Salary and Benefits
• Competitive salary of £28,961 per annum + additional on-call payment
