About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the clinical services team to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care across the hospital.
  • Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, training, and professional development of the clinical team.
  • Drive clinical governance, including incident management, audits, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and align strategic goals with organisational priorities.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and implement solutions to enhance patient care.
  • Engage with patients, families, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while maintaining a consistently high standard of care.

Requirements:

  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent recognised body).
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical settings, with a strong track record in managing complex healthcare services, preferably within the independent sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and NHS contract requirements.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant policies.
