About the Role:

Requirements:
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent recognised body).
- Proven leadership experience in clinical settings, with a strong track record in managing complex healthcare services, preferably within the independent sector.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and NHS contract requirements.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant policies.
