About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People Operations to join our team at Dext, a leading FinTech organization. As a key member of our People leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development, management, and maintenance of global HR Operational systems, processes, and policies that meet existing and future business needs, comply with local legislation, and align with our culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and develop end-to-end HR processes for new starters, change, and leavers;
  • Handle all necessary documentation and employee data management;
  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, pay, and benefits;
  • Provide operational support on probation, performance, and succession planning;
  • Maintain HRIS and identify opportunities for process automation;
  • Report on employee data and metrics to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and maintain global and local HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance;
  • Work with finance and payroll to streamline payroll processes.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication across levels and locations;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders;
  • Analytical skills to assess data and identify trends;
  • Ability to make informed recommendations and decisions;
  • Detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective;
  • Project management expertise;
  • Experience in People Operations and leadership roles;
  • Proficiency in HRIS and awareness of HR Ops trends and technology;
  • Collaborative and team-oriented;
  • Focused on quality outcomes and problem-solving.
