As the Interim Head of People Operations, you will lead the development, management, and maintenance of global HR Operational systems, processes, and policies that meet existing and future business needs, comply with local legislation, and align with Dext's culture.

The Role

You will report directly to our Chief People Officer and lead a team of 5 global HR Operations professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and developing end-to-end HR processes for new starters, change, and leavers;
  • Handling all necessary documentation and employee data management;
  • Collaborating with finance on budgeting, pay, and benefits;
  • Providing operational support on probation, performance, and succession planning;
  • Maintaining HRIS and identifying opportunities for process automation;
  • Reporting on employee data and metrics to inform business decisions;
  • Developing and maintaining global and local HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance;
  • Working with finance and payroll to streamline payroll processes.
About You

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and project management expertise. You should have experience in People Operations and leadership roles, proficiency in HRIS, and awareness of HR Ops trends and technology.
