Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to the Elliott Global Service staff, including the Vice President of Global Service, Regional Directors, Service Parts Director, and Global Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Quarterly GS Staff Meetings, researching venue options, and assisting team members with travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Quarterly GS Staff Meetings, including researching venue options and assisting team members with travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, Regional Directors, Service Parts Director, and Global Sales Director, including managing incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Renew executive memberships and subscriptions annually.
  • Manage active calendars of appointments and travel schedules.
  • Process invoices and expenses, including the preparation of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, accounts payable vouchers, and expense management.
