Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Advisor to join our team on a temporary contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global charity, providing specialist support to senior stakeholders and ensuring governance compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulatory environment, including Charities, Social Housing or Local Government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all statutory returns are made and Board/Committees sign off as needed
  • Provide governance information for the Annual Report, statutory audits and other purposes
Requirements:
  • Experience required within a Regulatory environment
  • Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders, up to Board level
Working Arrangements:
  • Open to full-time and part-time applicants
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
