Role Overview

This role demands a passionate and experienced practitioner who can design and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work closely with colleagues to create a dynamic and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans, aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to understand individual children's needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support children with special needs, developing tailored strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all children.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognised childcare qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • The ability to undergo the necessary level of background checks.
Remuneration and Benefits
