About the Role

As a Life Practitioner, you will play a key role in helping young people with complex needs achieve their full potential. Your ambition and dedication will enable you to create positive relationships with the young people and offer them unconditional dignity and respect.

You will be responsible for meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs of the young people in your care. This includes participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
