Administrative Support Specialist

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator and Patient Concierge. This role will provide administrative support across the clinic, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide welcoming and patient-focused service to patients, staff, and visitors
- Deal with enquiries in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling patient and staff information
- Undertake various clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Work a fair rota basis, covering 5 out of 7 days, with shifts between 7 am and 8 pm
- Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality
- Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with good computer literacy
