As a Sales Supervisor at Top Phone Traders LTD, you will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives and contributing to the success of our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supervising and supporting the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
2. Training, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
3. Monitoring daily sales activities and providing feedback to improve efficiency
4. Preparing reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts for management review
5. Conducting regular team meetings to discuss objectives, strategies, and performance updates
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including company events, discounted or free food, language training, sick pay, and UK visa sponsorship.
