Bilingual Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to spearhead our client relationships and drive exceptional service delivery. As a key member of our tech team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, orchestrating the customer journey, and developing strong relationships with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities- Seamless Onboarding: Guide new clients through our setup process, guaranteeing a swift and accurate integration that creates immediate value.
- Customer Journey Orchestration: Coordinate every aspect of the client experience, from initial interactions to ongoing relationship management.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact for all campaign-related matters.
- Strategic Planning and Cross Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and advancements in Amazon Seller Central.
- Proven Experience: You've accumulated at least 1-3 years of experience in a tech-related customer success or account management role.
- Organizational Skills: Your exceptional organizational abilities enable you to manage multiple clients and projects with ease.
- Relationship Building: You possess superior interpersonal skills and a natural talent for relationship management.
- Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, particularly Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, or enterprise/CPG clients is a plus.
