Academic Quality Assurance Role
This Academic Quality Assurance role is a vital part of the Academic Team at LD Training Services Limited. As an Academic Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with lecturers and programme leaders to formulate appropriate programme delivery and assessment. You will lead the process of arranging meetings with lecturers and academic boards, assist in maintaining and enhancing departmental teaching quality, and support the implementation of academic policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with lecturers and programme leaders to ensure high-quality programme delivery and assessment.
- Lead the process of arranging meetings with lecturers and academic boards to discuss programme delivery and assessment.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing departmental teaching quality by providing support and guidance to lecturers and programme leaders.
- Support the implementation of academic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with lecturers and programme leaders.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience working in a higher education environment with a focus on quality assurance.
Working Arrangements:
- This role requires weekend working, specifically one day over the weekends, either Saturday or Sunday.
Location: This role is based in Nottingham and requires the ability to commute or relocate before starting work.
Experience: 1 year of administration experience is required for this role.
