About the Role

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our Patient Services Team, responsible for delivering high-quality eye care services to our community. As Patient Services Manager, you will oversee the seamless patient journey from referral to treatment, ensuring exceptional patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective patient pathways to ensure timely and efficient treatment
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Monitor and analyze clinic activity, capacity, and demand to optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clinical and management teams to improve administrative processes and ensure accurate patient data
  • Manage direct reports, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing teams and healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of referral management systems and patient pathways
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Management qualification (NVQ level 4 in Business Administration) desirable
