Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Director to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue opportunities and enhancing market presence.

This role is based in our London office and reports to the Director, Global Clients & Industries. Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.

About the Role

As the Global Business Development Director, you will be instrumental in driving revenue opportunities and enhancing the firm's market presence. You will work closely with senior leaders to create go-to-market plans aligned with global consumer and retail industry group business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development in a professional services environment, with consumer and retail experience beneficial. A degree level education in a relevant subject area is also required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with senior leaders to create go-to-market plans aligned with global consumer and retail industry group business objectives.
  • Enhancing visibility of the firm's global industry expertise, collaborating with partners and associates.
  • Aligning with global stakeholders to deploy partners, supporting business development, and addressing client development and marketing issues.
  • Partnering with marketing communications to deliver thought leadership, strengthening the firm's reputation and client engagement.
  • Coordinating industry group initiatives, including pitches, submissions, and client outreach programs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.
