Job Role: Service Coordinator

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shifts

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Kemp Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join their team at a leading national company in the Tool, Plant, and Powered Access hire industry.

The Role of Service Coordinator Includes:

  • Handling Enquiries: Responding to customer requests for equipment and services via our internal systems.
  • Breakdown Management: Coordinating with engineers to attend equipment breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
  • Job Card Management: Updating job cards on our internal database and allocating tasks effectively.
  • Equipment Availability: Verifying the availability of equipment and ensuring its status is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure the correct equipment is ready and delivered to customer sites.
  • Customer Service: Communicating effectively with colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.

Ideal Candidate for Service Coordinator:

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve service issues efficiently.
