Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our dynamic reception team. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our practice and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring clear communication and accurate information.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and other administrative tasks, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care, providing support with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Process payments for non-NHS services, adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming reception environment, fostering a sense of professionalism and respect.
Qualifications and Skills
- GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
