Service Delivery Coordinator

The Service Controller is a vital position within Kemp Recruitment, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant hire services. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience, technical skills, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Enquiries: Responding to hire and service enquiries via our internal systems.
- Breakdown Management: Managing calls from customers and arranging for engineers to attend breakdowns promptly.
- Job Card Management: Updating job cards on our internal database and allocating jobs efficiently.
- Machine Availability: Checking the availability of machines and ensuring their status is always up-to-date in our systems.
- Coordination: Collaborating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are ready and delivered to customer sites.
- Customer Service: Communicating effectively with colleagues and providing a helpful and friendly point of contact for depot enquiries.
Ideal Candidate:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
