Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at phs Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Operations Centre. Your skills and expertise will be essential in coordinating service routes, briefing and debriefing drivers, and enhancing delivery and customer service.

A day in the life of an Operations Coordinator at phs Group will involve:

  • Coordinating service routes to optimize delivery and customer service.
  • Answering calls from service drivers, clients, and Head office regarding site service.
  • Acting as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
  • Ensuring work is distributed to available employees, completed in accordance with KPIs, and processed accurately within agreed time frames.
  • Preparing data for and conducting briefing and debrief sessions for service drivers.
  • Ensuring completed routes and attendance are processed in real-time.
  • Suggesting improvements to ways of working and relaying this to the Operations Centre Manager.

The ideal candidate for an Operations Coordinator role at phs Group will:

  • Provide excellent service delivery.
