Operations Administrator Role

As an Operations Administrator at phs Group, you will play a vital part in the success of our Operations Centre. Your skills will help keep our operations running smoothly, and your diverse and interesting role will require you to take responsibility for coordinating service routes and effectively briefing and debriefing drivers to enhance delivery and customer service.

A Day in the Life of an Operations Administrator

  • Coordinate service routes and brief and debrief drivers to optimize delivery and customer service.
  • Answer calls from service drivers, clients, and Head Office regarding site service.
  • Act as a link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
  • Ensure work is distributed to available employees, completed in accordance with KPIs, and processed accurately within agreed time frames.
  • Prepare data for and conduct briefing and debrief sessions for service drivers.
  • Process completed routes and attendance in real-time.
  • Suggest improvements to ways of working and relay to the Operations Centre Manager.

Requirements for the Role

  • Provide excellent service delivery.
  • Build customer focus and relationship management skills.
  • Develop people management and development skills.
  • Comply with Health & Safety Regulations.
