Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial and administrative process support to execute business operations within the Aftermarket department.
- Purchasing and procurement of goods and services.
- Cost compilation, preparation, and quotation creation.
- Order entry, processing, and MRP system transactions.
- System administration and maintenance.
- Project documentation and coordination.
- Facility administration assistance.
Requirements
- Education: Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in an engineering or manufacturing business.
- Skills:
- Competent in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Shows initiative and is a self-starter.
About the Role
This role will report to the facility General Manager and cover tasks and processes from quotation to dispatch of goods and services, including workshop service, field services, upgrades, and parts.
