Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partnership Assistant to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock. As a Partnership Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Partners and staff in various administrative tasks, including partner management, travel arrangements, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partner diaries, respond to invitations, and resolve meeting clashes
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to arrange meetings, book rooms, and organize tech requirements and catering
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and manage action allocations and deadlines
  • Meet and greet external contacts at the office
  • Prepare monthly fee notes using our internal billing system and liaise with client teams
  • Assist with monitoring budgets and time analysis, creating fee letters, and updating fee schedules
  • Use our internal CRM system to add contacts, organizations, and manage mailing lists
  • Complete the client take-on process for new work assignments, including finance requirements and AML checks
  • Liaise with new suppliers, assist with onboarding, and complete due diligence and forms
  • Assist Partners with completing their Continual Professional Development (CPD)
  • Arrange UK and international travel and accommodation using our travel booking system
  • Support and manage events, including mailing lists, invites, RSVPs, and attending events
  • Assist Partners and staff with producing written or visual material, such as letters, reports, and presentations
  • Complete expenses forms and submit to the Finance team
  • Update spreadsheets with holiday bookings and study leave schedules
  • Keep LCP's intranet up to date by amending and creating new pages

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a flair for proofreading and writing correspondence
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders to manage risk and resolve issues
  • Competent across Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Willingness to learn our in-house systems, house style, and billing process
