Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and resolving complex queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process customer queries and requests related to account changes, business building, and other complex topics, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Engage with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer retention, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Utilize bespoke IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries, ensuring seamless and efficient customer interactions.
  • Take prompt and appropriate action to resolve customer queries, offering satisfactory resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist new customers with their enquiries and setting up accounts, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Process and complete administration of payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Fluent in German and English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent in Swiss German is desirable.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new IT systems and processes.
  • Positive and engaging communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and ask for help when needed.
  • Problem-solving skills to take the initiative and develop knowledge and solutions.

Working Hours and Location

This role involves a mixture of home and office working, with a requirement to commute to our St Neots Office.
