About the Role

We manufacture and distribute high-quality nutritional supplements directly to our customers worldwide. As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our network, providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries and process incoming requests via phone using Lifeplus Puzzel ticket management software.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Proactively develop relationships with customers, building opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer retention.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of Lifeplus Customer Care and the wider business.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both oral and written English and German.
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
