Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop support to ensure fire and compliance activities are delivered efficiently.
  • Update systems and property records after improvement works.
  • Handle administration tasks such as recording meetings, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
  • Offer proactive support to enhance customer engagement and improve experiences before, during, and after works.
  • Support contractor performance improvement by preparing Work in Progress and Key Performance Indicator reports.
  • Use creative problem-solving and team engagement skills to help colleagues manage their workloads efficiently.
