Job Summary

We are seeking a Property Consultancy Expert to join our team at Savills, focusing on mixed-use projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our consultancy directors to deliver a range of services, including complex mobilisations, design for management, and estate and building management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of consultancy and mobilisation workstreams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support Consultancy Directors in driving business growth and initiatives
  • Prepare fee proposals, manage billing, and debt

Requirements

  • Strong property management and coordination skills (operational or surveying roles)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems
