We are seeking an Impact Advisor to join our dedicated sustainability division, Savills Earth. Our team of over 100 professionals brings together expertise from across the business and includes experts in environmental economics, research, engineering, and design consultancy.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will work on various projects, including developing a Strategic Impact Framework for Transport for London and creating an Impact Investing Framework for Savills IM.
  • They will also assist with the development of a Value Reporting Framework for Crown Estate Scotland and a Total Net Gain methodology for Greencore Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality work and effectively balance competing priorities.
  • To project manage projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and impactful delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high-quality Bachelor's degree in a field related to environmental economics or a closely related area.
  • Advanced Excel modelling capabilities and experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
