Child Development Coordinator

Academics Ltd is a dynamic organization that provides exceptional education and extra help for children with SEMH needs. We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Coordinator to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist class teachers in developing and implementing individualized support plans for students with SEN and mental health needs
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, adapting activities to meet their unique needs
* Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to deliver comprehensive support services
* Communicate regularly with parents/carers to share student progress and discuss any concerns
Requirements:
* A psychology degree or related field is desirable but not necessary
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
