Job Title: Child Psychologist Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Child Psychologist Assistant to support children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.

This role is ideal if you have career aspirations in behavioural neuroscience, clinical, counselling, developmental, educational, neuropsychology, physiological, school and social psychology roles.

Estimated Salary:

$35,000 - $50,000 per annum

About the Role:

You will be assisting the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students, performing conflict resolution and de-escalation, behaviour and pastoral support, and taking an active role in forward planning with therapists.

In this role, you will work 1:1 and in small groups with students, ensuring safeguarding of students in line with procedures, and attending staff meetings and completing appropriate CPD.
