Community Engagement Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate our volunteer programme across Cheshire West and Chester.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting volunteers, developing their skills and promoting community engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with community venues and collaborating with the project team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting volunteers across multiple community venues
- Maintaining positive relationships with community partners
- Collaborating with the project team to drive forward the project's objectives
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in your community. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with residents, community groups and local organizations to develop a team of community volunteers.
You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A salary of £27,334 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving forward our community programmes.
