Office and Community Liaison

Chester Voluntary Action is seeking an efficient and reliable Administration and Welfare Assistant to join its team.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support, develop and deliver community activities, and engage with tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, invoice processing, and travel bookings.
- Tenant Engagement: Develop and deliver activities and events that promote tenant engagement and participation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals, participating in meetings and taking ownership of tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in administration, customer service, or a related field.
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
