Overview of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing advanced nurse practitioner services across Southglade Medical Practice. This will involve working closely with the practice team to ensure safe and effective care for patients, including assessment and diagnosis, and providing leadership and guidance as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership to the practice team.
  • To work collaboratively with the practice team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support high-quality patient care.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for staff.
  • To participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A nursing background with advanced clinical practice training.
  • Experience working in a Primary Care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. You will also receive 1 week's paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
