About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Paramedic Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at PartnersHealth. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through advanced clinical assessment, examination, investigation, diagnosis, care planning and treatment.

The successful candidate will have experience of working as a paramedic with advanced clinical skills and a digital badge qualification, including non-medical prescribing. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, utilising good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first point of contact care for patients presenting with undifferentiated, long-term conditions and undiagnosed problems.
  • Instigating necessary invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests or investigations and interpreting findings/reports within your scope of competence.
  • Delivering integrated patient-centred care through appropriate working with the wider primary care network multi-disciplinary team and social care networks.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a paramedic with advanced clinical skills and a digital badge qualification, including non-medical prescribing.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, utilising good interpersonal skills.
  • Clinically competent and experienced managing various undifferentiated conditions, from acute to chronic, non-acute/non urgent, urgent presentations, mental health, long term conditions, young patients/children to older and frail patients.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
