Job Overview

This Front Desk Coordinator position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our New Lodge facility. As part of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing front-desk coverage, answering phone calls, and responding to queries
  • Processing mail and deliveries, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
  • Managing bookings for guest rooms or other events, and coordinating with staff as needed
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents for the management team

We are committed to offering a competitive salary package, estimated to be in the range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
