Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled healthcare assistant to join our team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the care of cancer patients in the outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  2. Assisting with clinical procedures, including venepuncture and ECG recording
  3. Supporting the administration of medications and treatments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent, with 2 being English and maths
  • NVQ3 in acute care or equivalent, or working towards
  • At least 12 months' experience as a HCA involved in direct patient care

  • Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
