We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Equipment Procurement Specialist to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Medical Capital Equipment bid/request process and ensuring the timely delivery of the medical capital equipment programme within the allocated financial envelope.

This is a challenging role that requires strong business/financial management and/or procurement practices and processes skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a similar environment and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Medical Capital Equipment bid/request process in conjunction with finance and procurement colleagues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Care Groups, ensuring contemporaneous tracking of status of actions and chasing of required actions for progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including finance and procurement teams.
Requirements
  1. GCSE English C and above.
  2. GCSE Science C and above.
  3. GCSE Maths C and above.
  4. Degree in Management or Business Administration fields, or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of administrative / management knowledge and theory.
  5. IT qualifications or equivalent level of experience.

Estimated Salary: £62,500 per annum.
