- General Administration: Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of financial documents, maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
- Liaising with External Auditors: Support in preparing documentation for external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ad Hoc Finance Duties: Provide additional support to the finance team as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 Years' Commercial Experience: In an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Sage 50: With experience in using Sage 50 accounting software, including bank reconciliations, invoicing, and VAT returns.
- Excellent Attention to Detail: With the ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Good Communication Skills: With the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Competent in Microsoft Office: Particularly Excel, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive and Team-Oriented: With a strong work ethic and a willingness to support the finance team in achieving its goals.
