Jardox are currently recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join our friendly and agile Customer Services Team in our offices above our food manufacturing facility on the edge of Sevenoaks. This role is vacant due to the expansion of our team.

Your day will mainly involve despatching customer orders on our system. You will be responsible for...
- Raising pick sheets for stock located on site and goods from store manifests for those in storage.
- Arranging delivery either through manifests to our haulier or liaison with couriers.
- Ensuring you have great communication with our customers regarding any changes relating to their order.
- Ensuring good stock rotation and supporting good stock management.
- Supporting the rest of the customer service team with customer queries, order processing and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experience of working within a despatch role in a manufacturing environment and SAP B1 experience would both be real advantages for this role.

- Have a good level of numeracy

This role is full time, 8am - 5pm (with an early finish of 4.30pm if everything is sorted) and is exclusively office based.
We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of 5.5%. Holiday allowance is 33 days (bank holidays included). Free parking onsite.
