We need an Administrator who’s passionate about what they do. Joining our Procurement department, you will be working on a full time, 37.5 hour per week basis. This role offers the flexibility of remote working with 1-2 days per week based onsite at our office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
Help drive strategic change within the Transactional Procurement category, consolidating spend across multiple business units to drive cost efficiencies. Help to analyse and prepare business cases, and implement procurement led improvements with this sector. Support colleagues and stakeholders in contract management of key suppliers. Improve supplier performance. Actively manage suppliers and cost base.
Overall, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the mission, vision and values of the company.
**We are looking for someone who is...**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an administrative role.
- Ideally have previous experience of working within a Procurement/Buying department
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems and make decisions
- Calm under pressure and can work under your own initiative
- A strong written and verbal communicator with an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows and the internet
