**Job Title**: Administrator

**Location**: Sevenoaks

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Temporary **Administrator** at our well-established maintenance provider office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent administrative skills and a proactive approach to support our team during a busy period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information, direct inquiries, and ensure effective communication.

Communication with Engineers:

- Call engineers to request details for upcoming works.
- Inform engineers about scheduled tasks and any relevant information.

Scheduling Engineers' Diaries:

- Help coordinate, organise and manage the proactive maintenance undertaken on the properties we look after on behalf of our clients.
- Assist with liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and our offices to coordinate preventative, remedial, scheduled, and occasionally emergency maintenance work.

General Administrative Duties:

- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Data entry, filing, and other clerical responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Duration:
**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: Up to £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
