Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Kent based client in securing them a Sales Administrator.

The ideal Sales Administrator would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties:
Sales Administrator duties:

- Creating and issuing quotes, following up as necessary
- Ordering parts for jobs and office supplies
- Ensuring invoices are issued and followed up as necessary

The ideal Sales Administrator will have experience in the below:

- Working within the trade industry is essential Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Clean full UK driving licence
- Must have experience in the heating and plumbing field. Ideally commercial heating
- A good work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient IT skills including a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages and XERO
