**Senior Office Administrator**

We’re looking for a super organised Senior Office Administrator to work closely with our CEO and COO.
- Getting things done and the ability to finish projects without dropping anything will be crucial for this role_.

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in technology, not scared of jumping to tasks that she/he has never done before.
- At least 5 year experience in similar role
- Extremely organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high energy and a great attitude
- Tech Savvy - Must be comfortable with using a variety of software technologies.
- Discretion and confidentiality: comfortable with confidential information
- Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise, employing critical thinking and resourcefulness to find effective solutions.
- Strive for continuous improvement and learning.
- Great interpersonal skills and natural relationship maker
- Have a can-do and get it done attitude

- Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload

**Key Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to)**
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Diary management: Handling calendar appointments, scheduling meetings.
- Conducting research when requested.
- Bookkeeping Assistance**:Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks or managing a bookkeeper with tasks, such as managing expenses, invoices, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements.

**Role Info**:
Full time (8.30 am to 5 pm)

Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 days from home)

Location: Sevenoaks (2 min walk from the train station)

(30 minutes from London Bridge, Charging Cross and Waterloo)

**Salary**: £25k to £40k Plus Benefits
