We Are With You is seeking an experienced Non Medical Prescriber to join their team in providing high-quality recovery care to diverse clients. As a registered Nurse or Registered Pharmacist, you will assess and support individuals with healthcare issues in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out clinical assessments, diagnosis, and management in line with regulations and policies.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate interventions for substance misuse, harm reduction, clinics, vaccination programs, and blood testing.
  • Collaborate with the Operational & Clinical Leadership and Recovery Workers to ensure individual needs are met.
Requirements
  • First-level Nurse registration or Registered Pharmacist (GPhC).
  • Completed supplementary/independent prescriber course and NMC/GPhC registration.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Successful track record of delivering nursing interventions in a community setting.
