Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and care for patients in critical condition
  • Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families with clear communication
  • Safely identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment for procedures
  • Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct
  • Take blood, fit cannulas, and conduct patient observations
  • Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals
  • Organize admissions and discharges

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse
  • At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
  • Successful enhanced background check
