About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team at With You. As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out clinical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical management in line with With You and national regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess and support people with their healthcare issues, providing harm reduction, clinics, vaccination, and blood testing programs.
  • Work effectively as a healthcare professional, as part of a team, and collaboratively with other social care contacts to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  • Reach out to those in our communities to offer proactive support and education.

Requirements

  • First-level registered Nurse or Registered Pharmacist (GPhC) registration.
  • Successful completion of the supplementary/independent prescriber course and hold an appropriate entry on the NMC register or GPhC register.
  • Experience of delivering nursing interventions in a community setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of healthcare assessments, care planning, and key working.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, using collaborative and supportive approaches to your work.
