Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

Are you a skilled Clinical Psychologist looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our Consultant Psychologist and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex needs.
  • Provide individual and group interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and provide training and education to staff.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Psychologist status and appropriate post-graduate qualifications.
  • HCPC registration and BPS recognized psychology degrees.
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs, including those with cognitive deficits.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based psychological practice and ability to apply this in a clinical setting.
  • Approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division.
