Job Title: Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and other forms of talk therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to mental health care.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
