Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Lead to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our customers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote Innovation: Develop and deliver training sessions that showcase our products and systems, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our internal teams, including Research and Development, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to ensure our training materials are industry-leading.
- Lead Training Sessions: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, support trade events, and manage site compliance inspections, ensuring every session is impactful and educational.
- Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver new Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and training sessions that meet the needs of contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.
- Manage Training Operations: Oversee training diaries, manage bookings, and ensure that all sessions meet our high standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets.
- Industry Experience: A solid background in the drywall or building industry is essential.
- Training Qualifications: Qualified to Petals, AET, or equivalent level.
- Full UK Driver's License: Ability to travel throughout the North and beyond as needed.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and comfortable using technology for professional purposes.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage diaries and schedules efficiently.
