Job Summary:

Harbourne Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to lead training sessions for our valued customers in the drywall and building industry. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational training programs that meet the needs of contractors, architects, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver industry-leading training materials and programs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, support trade events, and manage site compliance inspections to ensure every session is impactful and educational.
  • Create and deliver new CPD courses and training sessions that are tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure our products and training materials are industry-leading.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Petals, AET, or equivalent level.
  • Strong background in the drywall or building industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and comfortable using technology for professional purposes.
  • Full UK Driver's License and ability to travel throughout the North and beyond as needed.
