Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for customers, including product training, system build, and compliance.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical training needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead and perform practical demonstrations of products and deliver high-quality CPDs or product training to professionals in the drywall industry.
- Support the Research and Development team by applying your knowledge of materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Conduct site compliance inspections and reporting, and provide support to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Technical project teams, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
- Deliver CPDs, training, demonstrations, and toolbox talks to various stakeholders, including Cat A customers, construction colleges, architects, and main contractors.
- Create and control new CPDs and training courses to address skills gaps and industry understanding.
- Manage training diaries, bookings, and reporting on Training KPIs for relevant areas.
- Support the case management process, including investigation, feedback, and supporting the claims team.
- Support product testing at independent laboratories and provide necessary feedback to relevant departments.
- Regularly use and store site reports on CRM and project data capture.
- Drive improvements to the External Technical Team and wider Technical Team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the drywall or building industry.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Trained to Petals, AET, or equivalent to deliver training.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- IT literate to use digital social media and Microsoft platforms.
- A full UK driving license.
