Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Inspector to join our team at SGS. As an Engineer Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing technical and legislative support to our clients, examining client's assets, and reporting on their suitability, defects, and observations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine client's assets and report on their suitability, defects, and observations
- Provide technical and legislative support to our clients
- Undertake statutory inspections as required
- Produce compliant technical inspection reports in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Incorporated Engineer (or HNC with relevant experience) RG Category 2, or Engineering Technician (or ONC with relevant experience) RG Category 3 and 4(a)
- Training in a relevant engineering discipline with a recognised and documented engineering apprenticeship RG Category 4(b)
- Desirable qualifications include HNC or HND in a relevant engineering discipline RG category 2, and membership of a professional organisation
